Once the correct information has been sent you will receive a response back from our representatives and an invoice for your requested shipping and forwarding services. Please note that anything delivered beyond operational hours that may be lost damaged or stolen are not our responsibility. We expect full payment before and/or after the packages arrive to their requested location. Large appliances and furniture must be communicated  of its arrival in advance.
